JORGE LAM

Jorge Lam, nicknamed by our school the “giant of Panama”, was born on December 9, 1976, of Asian father and Panamanian mother; this Panamanian Chinese instructor coursed a career in Port Administration and Tourism companies. He is the founder of a Panama Deep Waters company dedicated to tourism of underwater activities both in the Atlantic Ocean and in the Pacific Ocean. He is also a prominent surfer and an underwater fisherman with an arduous experience who began at a very early age the art of subsistence hunting. Today at the age of 39 he has an extensive knowledge and experience in this branch of aquatic activities. In 2016 he contacted our FGC School specifically to our instructor Antonio Del Duca in order to ask him for support to become an instructor in the art of apnea. Del Duca realized Jorge Lam`s potential and decided to support him by traveling for 15 days to Panama and forming him as an International Instructor. Lam joined the team of the American School of Apnea Freedive Gravedad Cero and he became part of the distinguished staff of instructors offering courses of applied Apnea to the Underwater Hunting based on the experience acquired and the courses taken. He lives in Panama and is our area manager in this country.
